I have been looking for the complete BIOS (British Intelligence Objectives) report about the Tatra T87 for some time. I managed to obtain this copy from an online Tatra forum. It is from this report that all subsequent myths about Tatra's poor and dangerous handling derive. Prior to this, Tatra T87s were praised for their handling safety. Now that I have the full report I'll provide additional commentory about the key observations the inspectors made and explain how they differ from the handling observed in a well-sorted vehicle.
